The Definitions Modules allow you to design and plan your own manufacturing system in a very systematic and flexible manner by introducing your own operating parameters in terms of Products, Processes and Resources. The Operations Management Modules are responsible for executing the Processes as you defined and planned above.

This module allow you to build your own business products catalog. You can manage the assembly definitions of each product while allowing multiple product configurations. The revision status allow you to introduce or remove products from your product catalog while running your operation smoothly.

This module allow you to define your plants, work units and tooling and enables the system to schedule your workload, manage your maintenance cycles, manage resources compatibilities and track resources usage.

By defining your customers and suppliers you can easily track orders and jobs associated to them and attach useful information to run your operations (shipping info, client preferences, etc.). Orders and inventory management is tightly related to this information.

Complete the order management form, in line with your product catalogue.

Each product is attached to a customizable manufacturing process. This process is then used with the production center resource definition to determine the best work allocation sequence.Orders are allocated to available workunits. Our scheduler uses leading edge technologies to get optimal work balance

DW5 -140 system has been totally integrated to the MMS. Also, external 3D scanners or CAD software are also supported. Also the system offers powerful interfaces for integrating most manufacturing equipment available in the dental industry

Your operators are informed in real time of the various manual tasks to be executed as planned by our automated scheduling system. Statistical information will be compilated like work duration and quality state.

You can add as many QC stations as required by your manufacturing process.

Maintain your material inventory up to date. Create purchase order and synchronize your inventory level with your accounting system

Organize the packing process to reduce human errors. Generate packing slips with unique ID to facilitate order tracking. You keep an eye on where are your orders until it reach the customer.

When prostheses are shipped, your accounting software is notified and sale orders are automatically created. The accounting department will generate the final billing.
